There are delays through the freight network due to COVID-19.

We ask all customers to please be patient and understand these freight delays are completely out of our control. 

We are still shipping parcels daily.  Once you have received a tracking number your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

Australia Post's tracking is very lagged and we will be unable to assist with delayed parcels unless they are over 7 days overdue, as delays are expected.

We are more than happy to assist you with tracking enquiries, however please be patient with us if there are any that we need to refer back to Australia Post for follow up.

Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. Due to COVID-19 Australia Post are not delivering to all countries.  Please check if there are known delivery service delays to your country before placing your order.

Ownership of packages once shipped transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from Australia Post along with your order from us, any shipping issues must be handled by Australia Post. Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover is available on request to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.  If you choose not to buy Extra Cover and your purchase is lost or damaged by Australia Post, we cannot provide a refund.


Signature on Delivery

Captures a signature of the recipient once the item has been delivered.



 Extra Cover

Provides you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post


  • $1.50 per $100 of your item's value (or part thereof); and
  • You must add $2.95 for Signature on Delivery if your item is valued above $300.

In the case that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.

International orders: We are not responsible for any customs fees you may incur or for delays because of customs. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or not. If you do we are not responsible and you will not be reimbursed. We cannot track packages shipped internationally once it leaves Australia.
